The !st coat goes on streaky and uneven so i need a 2nd thicker coat to make it look opaque. This is a unique black cuz it's blue based and doesn't have undertones of brown or gray. With a topcoat it's super shiny and doesn't chip. If i add a fine glitter it's even sexier. Never thought i could pull off black until i found this one. CG considers it a cream and so do i...prefer shimmers but this one is hot with or without a glitter.
